If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist with your return requests. Please contact us at info@haydengirlsbeauty.com for further assistance.

Important Note:
Due to the nature of beauty products, no exchanges will be issued. Free returns are only allowed if the product is unopened and unused. If the product shows any signs of being opened or used, it will not be eligible for a return.

All sale and clearance items are final sale.

 

Online Returns

Please follow instructions below to get the return process started:

  1. Click "Return Center" under the Customer Service section on the Hayden Girls Beauty website or click here.
  2. Enter the order number provided to you in your confirmation email and the email address you used during your purchase.
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return shipping label.

When sending a return, we recommend that you use the provided return shipping label. Simply apply the label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any USPS location. No extra postage is required.

Returns of $350 or more in aggregate for a single order will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to process.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returned beauty products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging intact.
  • Any returned items showing signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage will be refused.
  • All sale and clearance items, as well as beauty products that have been opened or used, are deemed FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund.

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return. Refunds may take 10-14 business days to appear on your original payment method once processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hayden Girls Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. For lost or missing packages, we will supply you with the carrier and tracking number information so you can contact them directly.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased online or in stores between Nov 15th and Dec 24th may be returned by Jan 15th or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later. For online orders, returned items must be received at our facility by Jan 15th or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later.
