2. When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order ships. Charges only apply to shipped items, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.

3. How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders placed before 12PM PST typically ship the same day. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery time varies between 1–7 business days depending on your location.

4. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship to all U.S. territories and military addresses via USPS. Delivery may take 5–9 business days, or up to 21 days for certain APO/FPO locations.

5. How do I know if my order shipped?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to your order confirmation page. Registered users can also log in to your account to check order status.

6. Can I make changes to my shipping address or order after I've placed my order?
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

7. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to view order updates.

2. How many days do I have to send a return?
You have 30 days from the date your item shipped, to return the item.

3. How do I return an item?
Submit a return in our return center. View our return policy for detailed instructions 

4. I returned an item. When will I receive my exchange or refund?
Once a return package is received, it may take 2-5 business days to process. Once the return has been approved, exchange or refund will be processed. Please note, refunds may take 2 to 10 business days to post back into your account.

5. I want to return an item that was on sale. Do you accept it?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

6. I have the item and return form ready. What do I do now?
You are ready to ship the item back out to us!
